Program

When and where is the Trip?

Cash Bash 2026 | Accelerate the Night will be held at the Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, January 17-19, 2027.

When is the Program Period?

September 1 – November 30, 2026. Your sales during the program period determine how many trips and pulls your Dealership earns.

Who is eligible to attend?

Toyota Dealerships within the GST region can qualify by meeting sales criteria and signing the GST 2026 Cash Bash Participation Agreement. The number of trips earned determines the attendees.

What is a “Trip”?

It includes two nights at the Bellagio Resort & Casino, access to all official events, group meals, a meal allowance, and a $500 airfare credit applied to the Dealership parts statement.

What is a “Pull”?

It is a Dealership's chance to win cash and prizes at the Pull Board. The more sales, the more pulls.

Enrollment

When will I know how many Trips and Pulls I earned?

After the challenge period ends, Dealerships will be notified via email.

What happens during Enrollment?

Dealerships will access the enrollment site to:
- List attendees (for Trips and Pulls)
- Provide attendee’s email address

Why is Enrollment important?

Enrollment confirms who is attending and how many pulls each attendee has. Registration cannot be sent until enrollment is complete.

REGISTRATION

How does Registration work?

Once attendees are provided by the Dealership during enrollment, each attendee will receive a personalized registration email.

What do I complete in Registration?

- Confirm attendance
- Book hotel accommodations
- Provide travel details
- Submit dietary or accessibility needs

When is the Registration deadline?

A confirmation deadline will be communicated. Attendees must complete registration to secure their trip.

What ID is required?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for hotel check-in and Marquee Nightclub entry (21+).

Event Experience

What is the dress code?

Marquee Nightclub: Bold, funky, alive — bright colors, prints, movement. You look like you rule the dance floor.

Daytime activities: Resort casual.

Cash Bash: Cocktail attire meets the disco ball — glamorous, glittery, and ready to dance. Sequins, metallic fabrics, rhinestones, and fringe are all welcome.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Each attendee may bring one guest. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Please note that airfare and any other travel-related expenses for guests are the responsibility of the attendee. Guest meals and scheduled event activities included in the program will be provided

Other Program Details:

- Airport transfers provided at designated times during event dates only
- Cash Bash 2026 is a 21+ event (no children)
- You may extend your stay at your own expense (subject to availability)
- Cancellations after the deadline may result in forfeiture of the Trip
