Program

When and where is the Trip?

Cash Bash 2025 – A First-Class Affair will be held at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, January 11–13, 2026.

When is the Program Period?

September 3 – December 1, 2025. Your sales during the Program Period determine how many Trips and Pulls your dealership earns.

Who is eligible to attend?

Toyota dealerships within the GST region can qualify by meeting sales criteria and signing the GST 2025 Cash Bash Participation Agreement. Trips earned determine attendees.

What is a “Trip”?

Includes two nights at the Bellagio, access to all official events, group meals, a meal allowance, and a $500 airfare credit applied to the dealership’s parts statement.

What is a “Pull”?

A dealership’s chance to win cash and prizes at the Pull Board. The more sales, the more Pulls.

Enrollment

When will I know how many Trips and Pulls I earned?

After the Program Period ends, dealerships will be notified via email.

What happens during Enrollment?

Dealerships will access the enrollment site to:
• List attendees (for Trips and Pulls).
• Provide attendee emails.

Why is Enrollment important?

It captures who is attending and how many Pulls they have. Without enrollment, registration cannot be sent.

Registration

How does Registration work?

Once attendees are provided by the dealership during Enrollment, each attendee will receive a personalized Registration email.

What do I complete in Registration?

• Confirm attendance.
• Book hotel accommodations.
• Provide travel details.
• Submit dietary or accessibility needs.

When is the Registration deadline?

A confirmation deadline will be communicated. Attendees must complete Registration by this date to secure their Trip.

What ID is required?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for hotel check-in and Omnia Nightclub entry (21+).

Event Experience

What is the dress code?

• Omnia Nightclub: Fashionable nightlife attire (no athletic wear, hats, or casual sandals).
• Daytime activities: Resort casual.
• Awards Celebration & Ballroom: Business cocktail attire.

Other Program Details:

• Airport transfers provided at designated times.
• Cash Bash 2025 is a 21+ event (no children).
• You may extend your stay at your own expense (subject to availability).
• Cancellations after the deadline may result in forfeiture of the Trip.
